Want to make a change?

Our minds don’t want us to change because things are good and safe as they are.

We get pass the internal resistance by taking ridiculously small, barely noticeable actions towards the new direction.

If it’s a new habit you’re after, it helps to first become a person who does things like this.

Not a revolution, but incremental steps. Tiny, tiny steps, over and over again.

The steps might be so unnoticeable that eventually it’s not ourselves but the people around us, who will be the first to comment how far we’ve come.
